You'll be picked up from your accommodation in Arusha town to begin your trip. Then, you'll set off towards Tarangire National Park, home to some of the largest elephant herds in Africa. This diverse landscape, dotted with ancient baobab trees, is also a prime location to spot lions, giraffes, zebras, and wildebeest.
As you explore the park on a thrilling game drive, you’ll witness Tarangire’s stunning wildlife, including its famous tree-climbing pythons and over 500 bird species. A picnic lunch in the wild allows you to take in the beauty of your surroundings before continuing your safari.
By late afternoon, you’ll head to your midrange lodge, where you can relax and enjoy a hearty dinner.
Into the Heart of the Wild
After breakfast at Marera Valley Lodge in Karatu, drive through the scenic Ngorongoro Conservation Area with stunning views of the Ngorongoro Crater on your way to Serengeti National Park.
Enjoy an exciting game drive across the Serengeti plains, spotting the Big Five, cheetahs, hyenas, and herds of zebras and wildebeest, especially during the Great Migration season.
End your day at Moyo Tented Camp, where you’ll relax, dine, and experience the true African bush surrounded by the sounds of wildlife.
Safari in the Heart of the Wild
Spend a full day exploring Serengeti National Park, one of the world’s top wildlife destinations. Enjoy game drives across the vast plains, with chances to see the Big Five, cheetahs, hyenas, and large herds of wildebeest and zebras—especially during the Great Migration.
For a unique experience, opt for a hot air balloon safari at sunrise (extra cost), followed by a scenic picnic lunch in the bush.
In the evening, return to Moyo Tented Camp to relax, dine, and enjoy the sounds of the African wilderness.
Exploring Africa's Eden
After breakfast, travel to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area and descend into the Ngorongoro Crater. Explore this unique ecosystem, home to the Big Five, including the rare black rhino, along with hippos and diverse birdlife around its lakes and swamps.
Enjoy a picnic lunch near Ngoitoktok Swamp before returning to Arusha for drop-off at your hotel or the airport.

Special and magical once-in-a-lifetime-experience Oct 2024 • Family We booked e ten days safari in tansania. Mytrip was recommended by friends, and a lucky hit. After calls and mails with philbert and cilla our tour-plan was made after our imagination and possibilities. They were always reachable via whatsapp. The safari was breathtaking (Arusha national park, tarangire,Serengeti, Ngorongoro, lake manyara park), and the lodges that the team chose for us were great. A special thanks to our german speaking guide Erick, who we especially recommend! He was always helpful, knew everything about nature and has become a good friend (and taught us some swahili!) All the days were well planned and we never had to worry about whats next. Asante sana!
