Best 2-Day Adventure Safari to Tarangire & Crater offers a combination of two distinct parks, each with its own unique features. Tarangire is known for its large elephant herds, while Ngorongoro crater is a home to a wide variety of animals, including the “Big Five” (lion, elephant, buffalo, leopard, and rhinoceros). It boasts one of the highest concentrations of wildlife in Africa.

Itinerary

Day 1: Tarangire National Park Safari
After breakfast, Our guide will pick you up, for a 2 hour drive to Tarangire National Park, marking the start of your Best 2-Day Adventure Safari. Spend the day exploring the park, renowned for its large elephant herds, iconic baobab trees, and diverse birdlife. Lunch will be served at a scenic picnic spot. Continue with a full-day game drive, discovering the park’s incredible wildlife, including lions, zebras, giraffes, and a variety of bird species. Dinner and overnight at Marera Valley Lodge.


Day 2: Ngorongoro Crater
After breakfast, depart early for the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, home to the world’s largest unbroken caldera. Descend 600 meters into the Ngorongoro Crater, where you can encounter the rare black rhino, lions, leopards, elephants, and hippos. Birdlife includes flamingos on Soda Lake, along with geese, storks, vultures, and more. Enjoy a delicious picnic lunch by the lake, where hippos bask in the water, and a variety of birdlife can be observed along the shores. The stunning scenery and tranquil atmosphere provide the perfect setting to relax. In the afternoon, begin your drive back to Arusha.

    Visa
    To enter Tanzania, most traveler's require a tourist or business visa. You can apply for an e-visa online or obtain a visa on arrival at designated entry points. Ensure your passport is valid for at least six months beyond your arrival date and has one blank page. Apply through the official Tanzania Immigration website for an e-visa or obtain a visa on arrival at major entry points.


    Yellow fever
    Yellow fever vaccination is mandatory for travelers arriving from Countries with a risk of yellow fever transmission.This also applies to those who have transited through such countries for 12 hours or more. Upon arrival, you must present a valid vaccination certificate


    Zanzibar Insurance Policy
