Tour Overview
A famous and short safari where you can explore seven natural wonders of official UNESCO World Heritage site and Serengeti at once. In words of Maasai people, Serengeti is the place where the land has no end- indeed, this description goes really well with vast plains other wildlife sanctuaries. Albeit Africa’s Garden of Eden, The Ngorongoro Crater is not behind in this, it host variety of wildlife including the exceptionally rare black rhinoceros which is commonly renowned for game spotting.
Day 1 Arusha – Tarangire
Depart start from your hotel in Arusha after breakfast. Approximately two hours’ drive to Tarangire National Park.
Once you’ve entered Tarangire, you’ll begin your game drive across a rich vista of endless golden savannah that surrounds the Tarangire River. The river runs throughout the year and is a vital source of water for the animals of the park during the dry season. On the the river banks are acacia and Baobab trees. The river is regularly visited by the park’s large elephant population as well as other herbivores such as zebras and antelopes.
Driving through the park you’ll also have the opportunity to see lions, leopards, Cape buffalo, and a huge variety of antelopes.
Day 2 Tarangire – Serengeti
After breakfast we head towards the Serengeti National Park, via Ngoro Ngoro Conservation Area An adventure itself as we pass by different maasai villages as you also see wild animals. Leaving the highlands behind, we descend into the heart of wild Africa – Serengeti National Park – the endless plains, rolling into the distance as far as the eyes can see. We arrive in time for lunch and enjoy an afternoon game drive in the Serengeti National Park.
Day 3 Serengeti – Ngorongoro
Wake up early in morning for sunrise and doing a game viewing drive which is good for possible lion, Thomson gazelle, topi, ostrich and cheetah sightings. Doing a game drive while driving toward the Ngoro Ngoro while stopping for pictures for the breathtaking sceneries along our way and spend the night inside Ngoro Ngoro Conservation Area before the next day’s epic adventure at the basin of world’s biggest unbroken crater.
Day 4 Ngoro Ngoro – Arusha
After breakfast we start our journey to the magnificent crater for a half day game drive. This crater is one of the most densely populated African wildlife areas in the whole world and is also home to many wildlife species including; the black Rhinos, wildebeests, zebras, eland, buffalos, warthogs, hippos, the giant elephants, the park is also famous for big predators like the lions, jackals, hyenas, leopard. You will enjoy a picnic lunch within the crater, and after that we drive back to Arusha.
