DAY 1: ARRIVAL

  • Meet and greet at the airport or in Arusha with a representative from MyTrip2Tanzania.
  • Proceed to your accommodation and obtain the travel schedule for the whole journey.
  • Dinner and overnight at Under the shades Safari lodge

DAY 2: ARUSHA TOWN TOUR

  • Arusha is a vibrant town in Tanzania, often referred to as the “Safari Capital of East Africa” due to its proximity to several national parks and wildlife reserves.
  • Experience the vivid colours and rich cultural diversity of the Maasai people by going to the Maasai Market. Traditional crafts, jewellery, clothes, and other handcrafted goods are available.
  • Explore the Cultural Heritage Centre, which showcases Tanzanian art, crafts, and artifacts. It’s a great place to learn about the country’s diverse cultures and pick up some souvenirs.
  • The Shwari restaurant will serve lunch at approximately noon.
  • Dinner and Overnight at Under the Shades Safari Lodge

DAY 3: TARANGIRE NATIONAL PARK

  • Start your safari adventure from Arusha by heading to Tarangire National Park, The journey takes approximately 2-3 hours.
  • Spend the day exploring the park, known for its large herds of elephants, baobab trees, and diverse bird species.
  • Around noon, lunch will be provided at the picnic area.
  • Enjoy a full day game drive exploring the park’s wildlife, including lions, zebras, giraffes, and a variety of bird species.
  • Dinner and Overnight at Marera Valley lodge

DAY 4: SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK

  • Heading to Serengeti National Park, passing through the stunning Ngorongoro Conservation Area on the way.
  • Arrive in the central or southern Serengeti and embark on an afternoon game drive.
  • Serengeti is famous for the Great Migration, so be on the lookout for wildebeest, zebras, and predators.
  • Around noon, lunch will be provided at the picnic area.
  • Dinner and overnight at Into Wild Africa Tented camp

DAY 5: SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK FULL DAY

  • Spend the entire day exploring the central or southern Serengeti, maximizing your chances of witnessing the Great Migration and encountering diverse wildlife.
  • Consider a hot air balloon safari for a unique perspective (optional and subject to availability).
  • Around noon, lunch will be provided at the picnic area.
  • Dinner and overnight at Into Wild Africa Tented camp

 DAY 6: NGORONGORO CONSERVATION AREA

  • Depart early in the morning after breakfast for the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, known for its stunning Ngorongoro Crater.
  • Descending 600m deep to the world’s largest unbroken caldera which hosts varieties of animals includes the rare black Rhino, lion, leopard, elephants, hippos. Birds includes flamingos on the Soda Lake, Geese, Storks, Vultures and more.
  • Lunch will be served on the picnic site in the Crater at Ngoitokitok swamp a Hippo pool.
  • Dinner and Overnight at Manyara Safari Lodge

DAY 7: LAKE MANYARA NATIONAL PARK

  • Visit Lake Manyara National Park for a morning game drive. The park is known for its tree-climbing lions, diverse birdlife, and beautiful landscapes.
  • in Lake Manyara National Park whose inhabitants include hippos, monkeys, tree climbing lions, flamingos, and other varieties of birdlife as it the home of more than 500 species of birds.
  • Around noon, lunch will be provided at the picnic area.
  • After the game drive, return to Arusha or Kilimanjaro International Airport for departure.
  • Dinner and overnight at Under the Shades Safari Lodge

 DAY 8: KIKULETWA HOT-SPRING

  • Kikuletwa Hot Springs is a very special natural phenomenon in which hot water gushes out of the ground.
  • The pool is surrounded by a semi-arid landscape, and sprawling fig tree.
  • Get ready to relax and rejuvenate your body with these smoothing and tranquil hot springs. It’s the perfect spot after a safari and Kilimanjaro climb or just to escape the city.
  • Dinner and Overnght at Tulivu Kilimanjaro retreat

 DAY 9 & 10 : LUSHOTO (Usambara Mountains )

  • A four hours’ drive to Lushoto town the home of Usambara Mountains
  • This mountain range was formed millions of years ago and has remained relatively undisturbed for most of that time, which has given rise the growth of old forest and other treasures are a biodiversity hotspot due to a high degree of endemism in the flora and fauna found there.
  • The Usambara Mountains are ideal for scenic drives, hiking, biking, birding, tours, and waterfalls and just relaxing. Various directional viewpoints yield spectacular panoramas of Maasai lands below and the Pare Mountains, and on clear days you can see all the way to the coast and Mount Kilimanjaro.
  • Visit some different viewpoint where you can get an amazing sun set ever.
  • Dinner and Overnight at Lawns Lodge

 DAY 11,12 & 13: PANGANI BEACH

  • Enjoying coastline with clean beaches where endangered Green Turtles breeds, historic sites, coral reefs, white sand along Indian Ocean with ample shade, sun, and crystal-clear water. Pangani Beach is not famous but a very peaceful and romantic place to be. Snorkeling & fishing can be arranged here.
  • Relaxing on the beach or visiting Maziwi Island is a newly designated marine reserve, and rests on a coral reef simply off the shores of Pangani. It offers snorkeling and deep-sea diving alternatives.
  • Drive Time: 4 hours.
  • Dinner and Overnight at Mikes Beach Cottage

 DAY 14: BAGAMOYO

  • Pangani to Bagamoyo offers a balance of historical exploration, wildlife experiences, and coastal relaxation,
  • Explore Bagamoyo’s historical sites, including the Old Fort, Kaole Ruins, and the Bagamoyo Historical Museum.
  • Dinner and Overnight at Family Cottage Bagamoyo

DAY 15: DEPART – ZANZIBAR OR HOME

  • On your last day with us, depart from Julius Nyerere International Airport or Zanzibar ferry for your next destination and here is the end of your 15 Tanzania Safari and Road-Trip.
  • This safari can be extended with a Zanzibar beach Holiday; feel free to ask us about this option.
